How to Join Vilja Beta on iOS

This is a simple little app

It lets you set a variety of workout goals e.g. workout 2-3 times a week, or run 5K a week

You can choose one of the featured goals, customise the goal to your liking or create a completely custom goal.

The app syncs with Apple Health so any workouts you register with other apps or Apple Watch will appear in the app

You can also register workouts manually.

* Track over 70 different workout categories

* Base goals and stretch goals

* Dark mode, including alternative dark icon

* Home Screen Widget

* iCloud sync to your other devices

Optional permission requests:

* Health app, to sync workouts

* Notifications, to remind you to check your progress
